Make a diet chart

As the outside temperature rises in summer season, the gastrointestinal function of digesting food in the body weakens. The way our body easily consumes heavy, nutritious and nutritious food during the winter season is not possible in the summer season. 6. Take sattu made from grains like gram, barley etc. Due to this, heat does not increase in the stomach. It can be taken as either salty or sweet.

7. Add yogurt, buttermilk to the meal. Mixing salt, roasted cumin in buttermilk can be tasty. Sweet lassi of curd can also be taken. A glass of buttermilk digests the food easily after eating.

8. You can eat things like amla and vine jam, petha as summer dessert.

What not to eat

1. Avoid eating chaat-dumplings or other oil and spicy foods during this season. The boiled potatoes used in it may be rancid, which can make you sick with food poisoning or other forms. Foods containing chips, snacks, oil and ghee have a thermal effect, which produces heat.

2. Vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, jimikand, brinjal should be reduced.

3. Reduce the amount of oil, ghee with increasing heat. Oily food increases body heat and affects the digestive system.

4.  Always try to avoid pizza, burgers, chaats, tikkis etc.

5. Tea, coffee produce body heat and can lead to dehydration problem.

1. Drinking too cold can be harmful.
