  • Wash and soak the rice in clean water for 15 minutes.
  • Now you have to add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the
    cooker.
  • Fry the rice in that oil for 1 to 2 minutes add the water and close the cooker. Let it cook the rice in a cooker on a medium flame.
  • Cool down the rice after cooking and keep that rice in a fridge for 12 hours. After 12 hours, you can eat that rice normally or by heating it again as you like.

This is a claim by scientists that eating rice cooked in this manner will decrease the chance of obesity by reducing 50 to 60 % calories from it. So if you are in love with rice and also you are a fitness lover you can have rice in the right amount and cook it in the right way.
