An announcement was made in this, "A memorandum of understanding was signed between GWM, a Chinese motor company and the Government of Maharashtra. It will invest $ 100 million in a phased manner and will create 3,000 jobs."

What is GWM?

Apart from Bengaluru, India, the company has research and development centers in seven countries. In addition, the company also has 14 production factories worldwide.

The ongoing dispute between India and China in Ladakh for a long time has deepened even more. On Monday night, there was a violent clash between the armies of the two countries. An official statement issued by the Indian Army said, "During the process of de-escalation in the Galwan Valley on Monday night, there were violent clashes between the soldiers of India and China. During this time one officer and two soldiers of the Indian Army have become martyrs. Senior military officials of both countries are holding a big meeting to calm the matter at this time '.

Line of Actual Control 


Tension has increased between India and China on Line of Actual Control (LAC). On Monday night, a violent clash took place between the Indian soldier and the Chinese soldier on the Galwan valley. In this skirmish, an Indian Army officer and two soldiers have been martyred.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi alleged that Indian soldiers crossed the border twice and illegally entered into the jurisdiction of China and attacked Chinese troops when stopped. During this, there was a clash between the soldiers of both sides. The Chinese Foreign Minister said that this would have a direct impact on the ongoing negotiations to reduce tensions.

Nonetheless, the Galwan River in eastern Ladakh is one of the sectors that have been in the news recently due to the deadlock between the forces of India and China. According to recent media reports, although the two forces are in their respective areas on line-of-actuarial control (LAC), the situation has not returned to normal. Most importantly, tensions have arisen in the region for the first time since 1962, and also when the LAC has been clearly defined and accepted by both rival sides.
