The government has issued detailed guidelines for airlines, airports, passengers and other stakeholders for the resumption of domestic business passenger flights from today on 25 May.
Although the ministry said it would set the lower and upper limits of airfares, it asked passengers to report to the airport two hours before the scheduled departure time of their flight. The Ministry of Civil Aviation said that only those who have done web check-in will be allowed to enter the terminal building.
From home or destination to airport
Familiarize yourself with new processes, especially regarding social disturbances, minimum touches, baggage limitations, COVID - 19 declaration, digital payment norms -
1. Do not travel if you live in a Corona Virus Restriction area.
2. Register on the Arogya Setu App.
3. Avoid the last minute by reaching the airport. Report two hours before flight time.
4. Ensure web check-in, get boarding pass.
5. Print the baggage tag and affix it to the bag in a prominent place. If you are unable to print, write the PNR and the passenger's name on a piece of paper and paste it on the bag.
6. Download the luggage tag with an identification number.
7. During transit to the airport, take all precautions to prevent infection.
Note: In the initial stage, a passenger can take only one hand baggage and one check-in. Minimum luggage carrying is permitted as the use of trolleys.
Permission to travel only after the declaration by passenger. In case there is more than one passenger in the PNR, there will be an announcement for all the passengers mentioned in the PNR.

3. Walk towards the thermal screening facility near the entry gate.
4. Get yourself checked for temperature. Check your health status through the Arogya Setu App or Self-declaration form.
5. Children below 14 years of age will be exempt.
6. Once checked, go to the CISF counter at the entry post. Proof of identity card, boarding pass / e-boarding pass, proceed to the drop counter.
7. At the accessories drop counter, display the identity to the PNR and employees. After checking the baggage tag, employees will accept it. Electronic slip will be sent through SMS.

3. Only one partner is allowed for children and the elderly.
4. No food service in the aircraft. The water bottle will be provided in the gallery area or at the seats.
5. You will not be allowed to consume any food inside the aircraft during the flight.
6. No paper/magazine will be available on the aircraft.
