Points table IPL 2021

The 14th edition of this Indian Premier League (IPL 2021) has been played in India.  The BCCI chose to sponsor this edition of this championship in India, after successfully hosting the 2020 variant from the UAE. In this IPL just like any other, there are eight teams and each team plays against the remaining twice. Some of the best IPL predictions are done by following the points table and the matches followed by an analysis of players. So it’s always good to watch out for the points table for making predictions.  Two points will be given to the winner of each game while a single point is given to either team in the event of no outcome.

Matches will go to a ‘Super Over’ in the event of a tie.  The best four teams at the points table will qualify for your own knock-outs.  The best two teams around the things table lock horns at the ‘ Play-off’ along with the winner qualifying for the final.  The teams that finish fourth and third in the points table battle out ‘Eliminator 1’.  The winner moves into ‘Eliminator 2’ where they face the losing team from ‘Play-off’ for a place in the final.
